How do I order a laundry collection?

Order a laundry collection via the booking form on this website or sign up with CleanCloud for extra convenience

Pickup
Prepare for your scheduled collection by placing your laundry basket or bag just outside your door. Once ready, simply send us a quick text message. Our team will handle the rest, ensuring a seamless pickup without disturbing your day.

Wash, Dry & Fold
Dive into the simplicity of our basic wash service, where your clothes are efficiently cleaned, ensuring a fresh and clean return. For those with specific laundry care needs, our booking form offers the flexibility to select additional care options and detergent preferences. After a thorough cleaning, your clothes are carefully folded, resulting in a neatly organised bundle delivered back to you.

Delivery
Revel in the convenience of having your freshly laundered garments returned directly to you. Our delivery service is designed to reintegrate your items into your life with minimal disruption, allowing you to enjoy an organized and refreshed wardrobe without any effort.

Payment
Upon completion of our services, you'll receive a detailed invoice directly via email. For your convenience, we offer flexible payment options, allowing you to settle your bill using either a card or a bank transfer.

*Subscription pricing is only applicable for every-day clothing, towels & sheets and not with any larger items like blankets, doonas, dogbeds or curtains etc. (these charges will be added seperately)
